Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Mahalaxmi Foundation.

As a non-profit organization, donations made to Mahalaxmi Foundation are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that accidental transactions may occur.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake

• Incorrect donation amount entered accidentally

• Unauthorized transaction reported by the donor

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with:

• Donor name

• Transaction ID or payment receipt

• Reason for refund request

After verification, approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Donations made voluntarily for charitable activities

• Refund requests submitted after the allowed period

• Transactions already utilized for ongoing NGO programs and activities

Mahalaxmi Foundation reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests after review
