Mahalaxmi Foundation is a registered non-governmental organisation in North 24 PGS, WB, dedicated to the holistic development of underprivileged communities across India. We work at the grassroots level to create sustainable, inclusive change by addressing the most fundamental needs of society — education, health, environment, and social equality.
Rooted in the values of compassion, dignity, and service, we bring together passionate volunteers, committed donors, and community leaders who share one common belief — that every human being deserves a life of purpose and opportunity.
Since our inception, we have been actively engaging with marginalised communities, rural populations, and vulnerable groups — particularly women and children — to build a society where no one is overlooked and no potential goes unfulfilled.

Mission
To illuminate marginalized Musahar communities through education, healthcare, and empowerment programs, ensuring no individual is left behind in India’s development journey.
Vision
To create an inclusive society where Musahar families enjoy equal opportunities, dignity, and access to education, healthcare, and sustainable livelihoods across all operational regions.
Objectives
Eliminate illiteracy, provide accessible healthcare, combat malnutrition, facilitate government documentation, promote hygiene awareness, and establish sustainable income sources for Musahar communities.
